We’re proud to say that we’re a manufacturer. We produce e-bikes, and all sorts of bicycle and scooter parts.

2.Do you offer customization, and is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Absolutely! We believe in providing bespoke solutions to our customers. And guess what? There’s no MOQ. You can order as per your needs, and we’ll be happy to customize it for you.

3.What’s the lead time for mass production?

Typically, it takes us around 45-60 days to complete a mass
production order. But we assure you, it’s worth the wait!

4.Could you tell me about your warranty and after-sales service?

Sure!
All our e-bikes come with a 1-year warranty. If you face any issues, you’re not alone! We’ll provide solutions within 1-3 days.
5.What shipping methods do you offer?

We believe in flexibility. Most of our customers prefer the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
method—it’s door to door, including tax. But we also offer other methods. Shipping times are usually 15-20 days by air, and 45-60 days by sea or train.

6.What are the payment terms?

We accept 100% payment in advance via T/T. But if your order is more than 50pcs, we’re flexible – we accept 30% as a deposit and the remaining 70% before shipping. Have more questions? We’re just a message away!
